Test invoices

The first time you print invoices with SpeedFeed they will automatically be sent in test mode. In Settings you can see which status your account has as seen below in the picture. (You can always change your account from "Ready to use" to "change invoice templates" if needed. This is used whenever you've changed your invoice layout or need a new template.)

Your account is set to test mode as default because the first invoices you print to SpeedFeed will be used by the SpeedFeed support staff to create invoice templates for all different invoice layouts. A test invoice may be an already sent invoice to illustrate what your invoice layouts look like. Examples of test invoices are debit, credit, multi-paged invoice or invoices in a different language or a foreign currency. (Keep in mind if you do not use any of the above stated formats of invoices you do not need to send a copy of that layout to us, all you need to do is to send the invoice layouts you are actively using.) 

Once you have created and printed your test invoices SpeedFeed support will start to map your invoice layouts and create a template that will compile the values to be included and sent to IKANO Bank.
